- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ teaspoon salt, or to taste
- ⅓ teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
Cooking Directions
- 1 Blend garbanzo beans, olives, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, basil, parsley, salt, and black pepper in a food processor or blender until smooth.
