Such a simple and delicious recipe, yet I get many questions on how to make it.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package fettuccine noodles
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Stir in fettuccine, bring back to a boil, and cook pasta over medium heat until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and return pasta to pot.
  2. 2 Mix butter, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper into pasta until evenly combined.

  3. It was awesome. I’m a kid and I was making dinner for my family tonight. They loved it!
  4. Definitely would make them again! The grandchildren said they where the best noodles they ever had! They want them with every meal now! We all loved them!
  5. Tasty side dish. I used medium egg noddles which were great. They aren't a strong flavored dish so could pair well with most main dishes. I could see me liking some garlic in it too.
  6. 7.22.17 Nothing not to like here and it was a nice option to mashed potatoes. I often think rice or potatoes as a side dish but forget how good noodles can be. And I can see so many variations on this recipe to keep it interesting.
  7. This was awesome. I changed around the ingredients. I added olive oil in he can to prevent the noodles from sticking after I drained them and sauted some Jake and mixed it in the noodles.
