Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup sliced frozen peaches
  • ¾ cup chopped cabbage
  • 1 large carrot
  • ¼ cup ice cubes, or as desired
  • ¼ cup water, or as desired

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Blend grapes, peaches, cabbage, carrot, ice cubes, and water in a high-powered blender (such as a Vitamix®) until desired consistency is reached.

  4. I had about a 1/4 of a green cabbage that needed to be used so I used that. I didn't have grapes so I substituted unsweetened OJ for those and the water. It wasn't awful lol.
