A quick recipe for some mouth watering chicken. I made this recipe and it’s simple and very tasty!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 6 teaspoons corn oil spread, divided
  • garlic salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2 Arrange chicken legs in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Dab 1 teaspoon of corn oil spread on each and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes and then turn legs over. Bake another 35 to 40 minutes.

  2. Quick and easy and a crowd pleaser. But I don't use spread or garlic powder. Minced a clove of garlic and nuked it with some butter instead. Brushed that on the legs. Lots of salt and pepper and that's it. How can it be so simple?
  3. Soooo easy. I used olive oil, garlic powder, fresh pepper, a little salt, and an Italian seasoning blend. Deeelish! The cooking temp & time was spot on.
  4. Very simple and tasty, especially if you spray the chicken with the oil. I skinned mine to reduce fat and they were still moist and flavorful.
  5. For so few ingredients, this was wonderful. I made a few changes though, I lined my sheet with foil and sprayed with cooking spray first.   6. Quick and EASY! I used a little melted butter instead of oil and seasoned salt instead of garlic salt along with fresh cracked pepper. My kids LOVED it :)
  7. I added chili powder garlic and onions to the oil mixture marinated for about 4 hours and left everything on there when I cooked it. It was pretty good.
