Great appetizer for the holidays; can be served with sliced apples, pears, pretzels, or a variety of other things. Goes great with pancakes and French toast.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups fat-free Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup coarsely ground pecans
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Mix Greek yogurt, pecans, and nutmeg together in a bowl.
  2. 2 Pulse chocolate chips in a food processor or blender to grind into a coarse powder; stir into the yogurt mixture.
  3. 3 Chop cranberries in the food processor or blender; stir into the yogurt mixture.
  4. 4 Refrigerate yogurt mixture until flavors combine, at least 1 hour.

Chef's Notes

Use pistachios, almonds, or hazelnuts instead of pecans, or any combination of these; You can chop a chocolate bar into chunks instead of using chocolate chips.
