Chef's Notes

You can even leave the mixture in the bowl and eat it with a spoon.

  1. This was an easy basic keto fat bomb. I can't do coconut oil, so I replaced with butter. It needed more sweetness, so I added a little stevia and erythritol. I may add a sprinkle of nuts next time. Will def make again.

  3. These were absolutely delicious! I also added a couple of drops of liquid splenda just a couple... Made a second batch using pecans & also delicious!

If your coconut oil has coconut flavor (some do) - Read more ...
  7. The 3/4 cup of coconut oil is too much. However this is a great substitute for milk chocolate.
  8. We have tried other flavors too! and added nuts also
  9. Perfect easy
  10. I am not LCHF or Keto but wanted to try this. Quite tasty and filling. I think some nuts would have been good in this
