These coconut fat bombs taste just like little coconut candy bar bites.

Recipe Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ⅓ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Place coconut oil in a large microwave-safe bowl; warm in the microwave, about 1 minute. Stir in coconut, honey, and vanilla extract. Form into balls and place on a freezer-safe plate. Freeze until solid, about 10 minutes.
  2. 2 While fat bombs are chilling, melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave, about 1 minute. Drizzle melted chocolate over fat bombs. Return to the freezer until chocolate is set, about 10 minutes more.

  1. I flattened the coconut out in a pan, and the purée the chocolate mixed with monk fruit sweetener over the top. Delicious!

  4. I tried these at a party last night they were amazing!!!! My diet doesn't allow any sugar gluten gmo.... these as snack or a desert are amazing. I will be making these today Substituting - honey for RAW Honey.

  7. I really am having a hard time rating this recipe. The taste is fantastic; however I followed the directions to the letter but the balls would not hold together.
