  3. This recipe was very easy to cook and quite creamy with the Country Crock! I did use chives for garnish and it was wonderful!!
  4. It was a little bland as is. I had to add some salt and pepper, plus a bit more cheese. I think this would be good with some green onion too. Very easy to make.
  5. Doubled the recipe to feed a group. Loved it! I will make it again.
  6. Pretty basic, but it comes together quickly. I used half cheddar, half aged white cheddar. I also added some ground mustard, paprika and salt and pepper to taste. You can't go wrong with mac and cheese! My son gobbled this up.
  7. We all really enjoyed this recipe. It is very basic and can be tweaked to your liking. I followed it exactly with no issues. After tasting it, I added some salt and pepper. It was quick, easy and a good side with rib-eye chops and rolls. I look forward to trying this in the future - Read more ...
  8. There's not any complexity with this dish. It's a straightforward, honest to goodness mac and cheese that's quick and easy, and hits the spot.
  9. This was very quick to get together for a week night meal. It was not creamy though and the sauce seemed to break and become grainy even after following the directions exactly. For our taste we would prefer half cheddar and half a creamy melting cheese like American cheese.
