Chef's Notes

Garlic scapes are peppery and garlicky, so select the amount to add based on your preferences.

  1. Delicious. I came on looking for garlic scape recipes (I picked fresh today). I left out the garlic clove, but I used everything else. The lemon really helped. This was so good.
  2. This is to die for!!! Perfect the way it is although I had to halve the ingredients because I only had 4 oz. of goat cheese. Spread on plain stone wheat crackers to enjoy the flavors. Garlic scapes are amazing in everything.
