These can be served with an Asian chile sauce.

Reviews

  1. Family and I liked this recipe, still trying to figure out what sauce to serve with it. We tried teriyaki, sweet chili sauce, hoisen and soy....so far soy was the winner Great meatball if you love ginger flavor
  2. The ginger is the first flavor that will hit your tongue. It reminded me of the inside of a dumpling, the filling! Yum, Yum, Yum! I served them with rice and a little Hoisin Sauce.
  3. These are pretty good my husband really liked the ginger flavor. I adjusted the meat to half ground chicken and half ground pork so it wouldn't dry out. I also reduced the oven temp to 375 and baked for about 20 mins. They didn't have enough salt so I had to sprinkle some on afterwards. - Read more ...
