The whole family RAVED about these! The dough just needed something to pull it together so I added an egg, and wow…after resting that dough was just beautiful to work with. I questioned the amount of sugar and the addition of molasses, but went with it- and I was wrong to question them. This is an incredible recipe that is still soft and supple more than 24 hours later.
