This is an easy way to get kids to eat their veggies. If you want a more fruity taste, exclude the yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup fresh spinach, or to taste
  • 5 strawberries

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Blend berries, yogurt, orange juice, spinach, and strawberries together in a blender until smooth.

  9. This smoothie came out good. The taste of the orange juice threw my taste buds off though. To make it great next time I will take out the orange juice and add coconut milk instead. Also I added more spinach due to it being my favorite vegetable.
  10. I did make some changes based more on what I had available. I used raspberry yogurt instead of plain and coconut water instead of the oj.
