Recipe Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, or more to taste
- 1 ½ tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Cooking Directions
- 1 Combine avocado, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, garlic, and sea salt in a bowl. Blend with an immersion blender until creamy and smooth.
