An easy sandwich for those days when you are looking for quick lunch or to serve with soup and salad for dinner.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 slices honey whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 slices of smoked turkey breast
  • 1 tablespoon whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 lettuce leaf

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Spread one side of each toast piece with mayonnaise. Place smoked turkey breast slices onto one piece of toast and spread turkey with cranberry sauce; sprinkle with walnuts. Top with lettuce leaf and the remaining toast to make a sandwich.

  1. Very tasty sandwich I wanted something good after my workout and this hit the spot thanks for sharing.
  2. A very tasty sandwich. I toasted the walnuts in a non stick pan with a pinch of sugar. Mayonnaise and cranberry on both piece of bread. I make a similar sandwich with cream cheese and cranberry sauce mixed together which is very good. The addition of toasted nuts is great.

  5. A great way to use leftover turkey and cranberry sauce. I used miracle whip on both sides of the toasted bread. We all loved the crunch that the walnuts added. One person used toasted pecans and said it was very good also. Definitely a little different twist for a leftover turkey sandwich!
