A great way to use leftover turkey in salad! Makes a wonderful, wholesome salad for sandwiches or just served over a bed of lettuce!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey meat, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery with leaves, chopped
  • ½ small red onion, chopped
  • ½ avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise, or more to taste
  • ⅓ cup reduced-fat balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Mix turkey, celery, red onion, avocado, mayonnaise, balsamic dressing, garlic salt, and pepper together in a medium-sized bowl. Adjust to taste. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in a refrigerator before serving.
