Lela’s Protein Mango Smoothie

Whip up a refreshing protein vanilla mango shake.

Recipe Ingredients

  • ½ mango, chopped, or more to taste
  • ½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Blend mango, yogurt, almond milk, ice, protein powder, and honey together in a blender until smooth.

  1. Made it this morning and it was easy and absolutely delicious! I had to use frozen mangos cubed to get to work but it turned out delicious anyway! Definitely making this again as part of my routine.
