Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Cooking Directions
- 1 Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Make a well in the center and add milk and egg. Whisk batter until combined. Fold in blueberries and chia seeds gently.
