Limey, mango juice is fantastic for summertime refreshment!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 medium mangos, peeled and sliced
  • 2 peeled limes
  • 2 apples, cored and quartered

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Juice the mango, limes, and apples in a juice machine. Serve over ice.

  1. Delicious! If you're a mango fan, you're sure to love this. The flavor is predominantly mango with a very slight hint of lime. The apple was almost undetectable (I used Honeycrisp), so you may wish to add an extra apple if you want a more balanced flavor. I liked it as written though!
  2. I thought this was pretty tasty. I added 1/2 of a large can of mandarin oranges (as suggested) with the juice and just blended it (don't have a juicer). It was thick and chunky (with fruit) but delicious. My husband and I loved it. Will make again.
  3. I had to add a splash of milk as it was rather thick and I personally would have liked it a little sweeter. Apart from that this wasn't bad at all. Thanks!
