Marinated Tofu Ingredients

The following are the ingredients needed to make delicious Marinated Tofu for 3 servings:

  • 1 pound tofu, plain or seasoned
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

To cook Marinated Tofu, you need about 10 minutes of preparation time. The time needed to cook this Marinated Tofu is about 20 minutes , and you can serve your Marinated Tofu within 8 hours 30 minutes . The following are the steps to cook Marinated Tofu easily:

  1. 1 Drain tofu and cut into slices or cubes, depending upon your recipe. Place in a shallow dish, and coat with barbeque sauce. Cover, and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
  2. 2 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  3. 3 Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook with a small amount of sauce, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides. Return tofu to the baking dish.
  4. 4 Bake in preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes.
