This minty lime juice drink is just what the doctor ordered for a really hot climate!

Recipe Ingredients

  • ½ cup lightly packed fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups lime cordial
  • 2 cups club soda
  • 4 slices lime

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Reserve 4 mint leaves for garnish. Place the remaining mint leaves and lime cordial into the container of a blender, and process until mint is finely ground. Stir in the club soda. Serve in tall glasses over ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime slices.

  3. Anything with lime and mint together is a hit in my book! Refreshing, not super sweet and easy is the best way to describe this drink. To kick it up a notch, next time I'll add a jigger of lime vodka for a happy hour treat! Thanks!
