Standard guacamole with a zing of key lime. You can increase or decrease the amount of anything in this recipe to your own taste.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • ⅓ cup chopped grape tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon key lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Gently stir avocado, tomatoes, and onion together in a bowl. Stir sour cream and lime juice into the avocado mixture. Season with salt and pepper; stir.
  2. 2 Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until guacamole is chilled, at least 20 minutes.
