This was a hit with my family!!! I substituted Brown Jasmine Rice for the rice and added a dash of Chipotle Chili powder to the marinade mix. Also, I didn’t have a Dutch Oven and had to struggle with getting the rice cooked in a deep fryer type skillet on the stove, which took patience and a bit more water, but it was GREAT!!! Also, I cooked the chicken in the first step a little longer and then didn’t put it back in until the last 10-15 minutes of cooking so it wouldn’t be overcooked. Highly recommend this recipe.
