Cherry refrigerated cheesecake. Delicious and simple. Very quick, simple to make with no special ingredients!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 20 graham crackers, finely crushed
  • ½ cup confectioners' sugar
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, and butter together in a bowl; press into a 9x9-inch pan.
  2. 2 Whisk cream cheese, whipped topping, and 1 cup confectioners' sugar together in a bowl until smooth; spread over graham cracker crust. Pour cherry pie filling over cream cheese mixture layer. Refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour.
