Feeding a crowd for brunch? This bacon quiche with Potatoes O’Brien, Cheddar cheese, and sour cream is sure to be a hit.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust
  • 4 large eggs eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 ½ cups ORE-IDA® Potatoes O'Brien, thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Maple Bacon, crumbled

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. 2 Line 9-inch pie plate with pie crust; seal and flute edge.
  3. 3 Mix eggs, milk, sour cream and pepper in large bowl until blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into crust.
  4. 4 Bake 40 to 45 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

  5. I am not sure of the proportions. Made way too much for even 2 9" pie crusts. Looks good have not tried it yet but I recommend someone review the proportions.

  8. Too many potatoes. I would use 1/2 the amount was more like potato pie the quiche. Will not ever make again. Look for another recipe.
