This recipe is super kid-friendly, easy to make, and delicious. A favorite for kids’ ‘How To’ speeches or just to enjoy on a hot day.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 6 chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®)

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Blend ice cream, milk, and chocolate sandwich cookies together in a blender until smooth
  2. 2 Pour into 2 glasses.

  3. It was a bit runny... but I loved it!
  4. Simple but effective. The guests loved it. It's extremely sweet which is to be expected of course. What worked for me is giving everyone a small glass as desert rather than trying to make this a meal beverage.

  6. This milkshake was soooo good! Everyone loved it. I added 2 more small scoops of vanilla ice cream so that it wouldn't be too chocolate-y (I'm more of a vanilla person). ALl in all, it was DELICIOUS! Definitely am making it again.
  7. It's also really good with strawberry ice cream if you don't have vanilla.
  8. Fantastic and easy to make. I made mine with homemade vanilla ice cream and piped fresh whip on top. Perfect amount of Oreo!
  9. This shake is also just as good with vanilla frozen yogurt!
