A great way to add a healthy fat and frosting to a dessert. For a thicker frosting, cool in the refrigerator.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, peeled and pitted
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Blend avocados, cocoa powder, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt together in a food processor until smooth.

  5. In my search for a chocolate frosting with better fats than butter and cream cheese, I found this! It is excellent! It tastes, looks, and feels very much like chocolate pudding at first. Once it has been in the fridge for a day or so, it get's closer to the "frosting" consistency.
