Always looking for ways to use up fruit before it goes bad. These yogurt pops are healthy and refreshing and my kids LOVE them! Great basic recipe to use for a variety of fruits.

Recipe Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • ½ cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or more to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Combine peaches and blackberries in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until pureed. Mix pureed fruit, yogurt, and honey together in a bowl. Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
  2. 2 Freeze for 6 hours to overnight. Run warm water over molds to loosen the yogurt pops. Remove and wrap individually for freezer storage.

Chef's Notes

I use silicone molds for super easy removal. For best results, freeze overnight.

Reviews

  1. I felt there was something missing. Maybe vanilla? Or a pinch of salt? I don't think I will make these again.
