Cool, creamy vanilla pudding and swirls of peanut butter lie beneath mounds of whipped cream. One of my husband’s favorite pies.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
  • 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups whipped cream

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Prepare pudding according to package directions. Mix in peanut butter until evenly distributed but not completely combined with pudding. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Top with whipped cream. Chill before serving.

  1. Did anyone else find that this made WAAAAAAAAY too much "filling"?!?! I mean.. I could have filled 3 pies? Not sure what I did wrong?
  2. I used Van instant pudding and it was wonderful. I also drizzled some hot fudge sauce over the top.

  4. After I got done making it I sat down on my couch. When I was pondering I realized that I forgot to bake the crust. other than that the middle turned out good. Mixing peanut butter with the pudding was a great idea!

  7. I used cook and serve Jello pudding and mixed in the peanut butter after the pudding was done cooking but while it was still hot. It was AMAZING! Definitely a keeper. Very simple quick and TASTY!

  9. Very easy! Great for kids! Simple but delectable! I used an oreo pie shell!
  10. What's not to like! It's super easy. My kids loved it! And if you have kids you probably have the ingredients in the pantry.
