Hand-rolled, no-bake protein balls.

Recipe Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup oats
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips, or to taste
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Combine milk, peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, protein powder, and cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl and mix.
  2. 2 Scoop and shape into balls using a spoon. Place into a freezer bag and store in the freezer.

  1. Taste good. I would recommend stirring milk and powder first. It was also the first time trying this type of protein powder.
  2. I used chocolate protein powder and peanut butter chips. I used a small cookie scoop and placed them in the freezer because they were extremely sticky. Once frozen they held their shape.
