This is great for a detox cleanse.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water, or to taste
  • 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1 stalk celery
  • ½ cucumber, peeled
  • ⅓ bunch fresh parsley
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • 1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger root

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Blend coconut water, pineapple, celery, cucumber, parsley, lemon, and ginger together in a blender until smooth.

  5. I love it!!! I changed it a bit. I added tumeric Cayenne pepper honey. I didn't have cucumber or lemon so I left them out. Next time I will try spinach in it.
  6. Delicioussss! I changed it a bit, with the things I had on the fridge: no lemon, orange juice instead, half of coconut water and half of orange juice, added spinach instead of parsley...and thats it! My family LOVED IT!
  7. I made it exactly as written except I used a bit of lemonade since I didn't have any coconut water...it was great! even my kids drank it!

  9. Having never had anything like this before we liked it! I used fresh pineapple but I froze it overnight so it would be on the slushy side and that worked well.
