Chef's Notes

Cook's Notes:; One pound of carrots is about 6 to 7 medium carrots. Once juiced, it makes about 8 ounces of juice; Two cups fresh pineapple is about 1/3 of a fresh pineapple and makes about 8 ounces of juice. No need to core it; Use only 1/2 the lime if you prefer the juice less tart. No need to peel it.

  1. Soooo good! I was so surprised how sweet this was. My son said it tasted like starburst. It was not overly sweet though. Can not really taste the carrot juice which I think is a good thing.
  2. not bad but I used less carrots
  3. 3/14/17 Update: I added an apple and it gave it a nice twist. My husband went crazy for it. 4/8/16I love new ideas for my juicer. This is a great combination of flavors that goes perfectly with brunch. Lime and pineapple give the sweet carrot a very unique twist. The pulp makes a great cake! - Read more ...
