This is one of my favorite drinks to make after a run. I always keep my freezer stocked with frozen fruit (no sugar or additives added). Frozen fruit makes a great healthy chilled drink that even kids will enjoy. For a thinner consistency add more milk.

Recipe Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries
  • ¼ cup frozen mango chunks
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt, or more to taste
  • 1 banana

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Blend milk, blueberries, raspberries, mango, and yogurt together in a blender until smooth. Add banana and blend until smooth.
