Great for kids! I used this to trick my best friends child into trying eggs! You can also add vegetables, cheese and meat.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 8 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 ½ cups mini pretzels

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 In a large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat
  2. 2 Add eggs and pretzels to pan
  3. 3 Cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set
  4. 4 Serve hot.
