  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 sweet onion, diced

  • 1 avocado - peeled, pitted and diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • chili pepper flakes
