This sauce is an easy and delicious alternative over what you buy in jars. I use lots of extra garlic in mine! Every time I cook stuffed pastas like asparagus ravioli, my guys asks for this sauce! Don’t forget garlic bread and wine!
Recipe Ingredients
- 1 (14.4 ounce) can diced Italian tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions
- 1 Drain the canned tomatoes. Stir together the drained tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
