Chef's Notes

I have made this with a variety of nuts and find that it works well whatever kind you use. I think my favorite is to use unsalted peanuts, salted mixed nuts, and add some salted pecan halves.

Reviews

  1. Used different nuts and turned out great. Got better results putting them in the freezer
  2. Have made this from another recipe called "Christmas Crack". Ingredients were salted and unsalted peanuts, the almond bark, semi-sweet morsels, milk chocolate morsels, peanut butter morsels. It lives up to its name!
  3. My family loved this recipe, I used walnuts and sprinkled sea salt over the top while cooling.
  4. We liked this made no changes. I used all peanuts because that's what I had.
