Whipped this up for a birthday present and it was too excellent not to share! This is an excellent treat for your next holiday party or backyard barbecue! The amount of graham crackers and marshmallows used is based on personal preference. Feel free to experiment using more or less!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 8 graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 pound semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) package miniature marshmallows

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Line an 11x7-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Sprinkle half of the graham cracker crumbs on bottom of dish.
  2. 2 Melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla extract in top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching.
  3. 3 Pour half of melted chocolate mixture into prepared baking dish; sprinkle about half of the miniature marshmallows over the top, covering the chocolate mixture. Repeat with the remaining chocolate mixture and graham crackers, respectively.
  4. 4 Refrigerate until solid, 3 hours to overnight.

  2. This is so addicting! The serving size is tiny. I couldn't help but eat 3 every time. The consistency is perfect and easy to make. Not sure where the 2nd half of the marshmellows were supposed to go so put them on top like other reviewers.
  3. It turned out perfect! Really easy to make
  4. Easy to make but I melted the butter first then mixed in milk until fully mixed then added chips. Melted faster this way I think. But very delicious
  5. This was a very easy and quick fudge to make especially using the microwave (took only four minutes on high stirring after each minute). The recipe doesn't say what to do with the remaining half of the mini marshmallows so I tried to stick them on top after the final layer of Graham crackers and - Read more ...

  7. Simple and very good! We really enjoyed the flavors of this and how easy it was to whip up. You can never go wrong with s'mores IMO. I would make this again! Thanks for sharing.:)
