After spending $12 per drink at several restaurants, I decided to re-create a fruity mojito at home. You will love this quick, easy and refreshing mojito recipe!
Recipe Ingredients
- 5 fresh strawberries, hulled
- 5 fresh raspberries
- 1 lime, cut into 4 wedges
- 10 mint leaves
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 ½ ounces rum
- 1 ½ ounces simple syrup
- 2 fluid ounces club soda, or as needed
Cooking Directions
- 1 Blend strawberries and raspberries together in a blender until smooth; pour into a tall glass.
- 2 Muddle 2 lime wedges and mint together in a separate glass or bowl until broken down; transfer to berry mixture. Add ice cubes and rum to glass. Squeeze the remaining 2 lime wedges over ice, pour in simple syrup, and top with club soda. Stir well.
