These are a summertime favorite at my house. Fresh cucumbers are sliced along with onions, salt and pepper, and vinegar.
Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup vinegar
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 4 cucumbers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
Cooking Directions
- 1 Stir salad dressing, sugar, and vinegar together in a bowl until smooth; season with salt and pepper. Pour dressing over cucumbers and onion in a larger bowl and stir gently to assure vegetables are coated.
