  • 1 pound cooked octopus, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup sesame oil
  • ¼ cup kosher salt (such as Morton®)

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Combine the octopus, green onions, sesame oil, and kosher salt in a bowl; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.

  1. I don't think that 1/4 cup of salt is correct. I'm thinking it was supposed to be 1/4 tsp. It didn't seem right so I measured about 1/8 cup and only used about 1/4 of that. It was so salty that I had to rinse all the sesame oil and salt off and then re-add - Read more ...
