Cooked octopus is marinated with green onions, sesame oil and Morton® kosher salt. Raw tuna may be substituted for the octopus if desired.
- 1 pound cooked octopus, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- ½ cup sesame oil
- ¼ cup kosher salt (such as Morton®)
- 1 Combine the octopus, green onions, sesame oil, and kosher salt in a bowl; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
