My 19-month-old son loves yogurt and squishy fruit but they're soooo messy. This way he can get both in a cool treat with no unnecessary sugar, and I can just hose him off afterward!

Tropsicles Ingredients

The following are the ingredients needed to make delicious Tropsicles for 6 servings:

  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup sliced mango
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 orange, juiced

To cook Tropsicles, you need about 10 minutes of preparation time. The following are the steps to cook Tropsicles easily:

  1. 1 Blend yogurt, mango, pineapple chunks with juice, banana, and orange juice in a blender until smooth. Pour into ice pop molds; freeze until set, 4 to 6 hours.

    Made as is but only have 1 set of 4 popsicle mold. Blended the rest with ice, milk, and kale and kids loved it.
