Turmeric and mango add a nice bright color to this hearty, paleo-friendly smoothie.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 banana, broken into chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 2 tablespoons cashew butter
  • ⅓ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2 cups water

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Combine bananas, mango, cashew butter, and turmeric powder in a blender; add water

  2. I really liked this. I also used fresh turmeric about 1/2" since I only made half the recipe. I did add 1 packet of Splenda and both my banana and mangoes were frozen.
