This dessert salad with a pistachio pudding base contains crushed pineapple, miniature marshmallows, pecans, and whipped topping.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 (4 serving size) package instant pistachio flavor pudding mix
  • 1 (20 ounce) can DOLE® Crushed Pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 ½ cups thawed whipped topping

Cooking Directions

  1. 1 Mix dry pudding mix, crushed pineapple, marshmallows and pecans in large bowl until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping; cover.
  2. 2 Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.

  5. One of my top favorite "salads". I don't make it often anymore because I have NO willpower when it comes to this salad.......I will eat the whole bowl, a little at a time.
